You can use it in all kinds of cakes and pastries, or enjoy it on its own due to its delicious taste. It's also very easy to prepare. To make it: empty the entire packet into a bowl, add 1 cup (200 ml) of boiled water, and stir well until dissolved. Then add 1 cup of cold (room temperature) water and stir again. Pour into molds and let it cool. For better results, you can let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Our 85g Kent Boringer Jelly packet is for 4 servings.
