Ingredients

Sugar, Refined Wheat flour (Maida) , Edible vegetable oil(Palm), Raising agents (INS450(i),INS500(ii), INS341(i)), Emulsifiers & Stabilizers (INS475, INS477,INS471, INS415), Modified starch (INS1420), Cocoa solids, Dextrose, Fruit and vegetable powder(peach and carrot), Iodized salt, Flavours, Maize Starch & Antioxidant (INS270)

Method of Preparation
  1. Place water, egg and Crustovelvet RV100 in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with a whisk attachment on slow speed for 1minute
  3. Scrape the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing and mix on high speed
    for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes/ until the oil folds well.
  5. Scale as required into greased pans.
  6. Bake at 165 to 1700 C for 40 to 45minutes/ until baked well.
