Chocolate Cake Mix is a premix for preparing egg based Chocolate flavoured cakes at home.

APPLICATION RECIPE – Chocolate Cake Mix

Crust n Crumb Chocolate Cake Mix : 1 Pack
Egg : 2 nos
Water : 90 mL (6 Tablespoon)
Vegetable oil : 36 mL (2.5 Tablespoon)

METHOD OF PREPARATION - Chocolate Cake Mix

1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2. Mix Chocolate Cake Mix, Egg, Vegetable Oil & Water in a bowl until well blended with a spoon or hand mixer.
3. Pour batter to the half portion of a oiled or greased pan.
4. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until a toothpick or a fork inserted in the cake comes out clean.
5. Remove cake from the pan. Allow the cake to cool.
